Yes you can cancel a campaign after payment and get your refund as long as that campaign has not been shared by any of our partners. Once it has been broadcasted, the campaign can only be paused, modified and re-broadcasted at a later time. At this point we cannot issue a refund. Contact support to initiate cancelation process.
