GidiAds(“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates www.gidiads.com ( the “website”) and GidiAds Mobile Application (the “Application”). 

The Website and Application are platforms built to host, manage, and deploy relevant services and content to customers and partners via systems, smartphones and tablets (etc) with marginal concern for internet limitations and costs.

This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, sharing, use, disclosure, retention and erasure of any information relating to you that identifies you or by which you are identifiable (“Personal Information”) through the use of our Website, Mobile applications and services, or that you otherwise provide to us. 

This policy is put in place to help you to understand how we intend to retain and protect all information you provide us. To protect your privacy, GidiAds follows different principles in accordance with worldwide practices for user privacy and data protection.

We will not use or share your Personal Information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We use your Personal Information to provide and improve the Website and Services. By using the Website, the Services, or providing Personal Information to us, you agree to our collection and use of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Clients that sign up and make use of our platform and services will be asked to provide us with certain Personal Information that can be used to contact or identify them (“Client Personal Information”).

This personal information may include: 

  • Profile data, such as your name, username or alias, e-mail address, mailing address, location, and phone number (etc);
  • Financial data, such as your card information, billing address, payment options (etc);
  • Technical information, such as the type of mobile device and internet browser you use, data about the pages you access, mobile device ID or unique identifier, statistics on page views, standard Web log data (etc);

Who may use our Website, Application or Services?

Although certain areas of the website can be accessed by visitors generally, access to some of our services are not provided to the general public. Only persons or entities that are eligible to enter into further agreement(s) with us (our “Clients”) may, with our permission, access non-public areas (all such Clients are businesses and eligible adults).

Clients’ Visitors

We may also process Personal Information of our Clients’ visitors and customers, and visitors to our Clients’ pages. In this context we are a “service provider” or “data processor” (as those terms are defined by applicable laws). This Personal Information may consist of Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, account or membership numbers (without a key to personally identify you), and/or email addresses.

We take security measures to protect all Personal Information and do not associate Personal Information with individuals, We are subject to our Clients’ instructions regarding   collection and use of such Personal Information. As a vendor of our Clients, the bases for our collection and processing of Personal Information of their customers and visitors may be through consent obtained by our Client, our Client’s legitimate interests, or (in accordance with applicable law) a lawful business purpose.

GidiAds does not rent or sell Personal Information other than to our Client that is utilizing our Services (who is the “business” or “controller”). We does not disclose Personal Information about you with other people or companies that are not Affiliates, except under the following circumstances:

  1. In order to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  2. When it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person; violations of GidiAds terms of use, any agreement with GidiAds or this Privacy Policy; or as otherwise required by law.
  3. If GidiAds sells any or all of its assets or their shareholders sell any or all of their shares to a third party in which case and subject always to compliance with applicable data protection legislation, you authorize that your Personal Information may be transferred to the buyer.
  4. In relation to Client Personal Information and in the course of providing our Services, to our other Clients that you have relationships with.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information:

Client Personal Information is accessible through our Client online accounts (“Client Portals”). Clients are able to access their Personal Information to update and correct their Personal Information.  If you no longer have access to the Client Portals, you may submit a request to remove Personal Information you provided to us by emailing a request to support@gidiads.com or contacting us by telephone or mail as further specified in the “Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before removing your information.

We reserve the right to retain and use Client Personal Information as reasonably necessary to comply with our contractual obligations to you, and in order to comply with applicable laws, including privacy and/or data protection legislation.

Your Options for Communications

For Clients and our Website visitors that sign-up to be contacted, GidiAds may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Third Party Links

Occasionally, We may include or offer third party products or services on Our Platform. As such, our Platform may contain links to websites owned and operated by third parties. These third-party websites may have their own separate and independent privacy policies, which may govern the collection and processing of your personal data. We urge you to review these privacy policies – because this Notice will not apply. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content, activities and privacy practices of such third-party websites.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. We place these on your computer, if you agree. These cookies allow us to uniquely identify your browser and to distinguish you from other users of our Website. This enables us to track your preferences and provide you with a personalized and smooth experience when you browse our website. The cookies we use help us to improve the way our Website works, by ensuring that users find what they are looking for easily. We do not share the information the cookies collect with any third parties.

User Profiles

Every registered user has a unique personal profile. Each profile is assigned a unique personal identification number, which helps us ensure that only you can access your profile.

When you register, we create your profile, assign a personal identification number, (your User ID) then send this personal identification  back your email address with an activation link for the activation of your profile. Your profile is uniquely yours. It is your passport to a seamless travel across our platform, allowing you to use it without having to fill out registration forms with information you’ve already provided. Even if you switch computers, you won’t have to re-register – just use your User ID to identify yourself.

Data Security

We store and process your personal information on our systems. Where we need to transfer your data to another country, such country must have an adequate data protection law. Please be assured that We have put in place appropriate security measures including but not limited to access controls, firewalls, data encryption, and physical security to prevent your personal data from being lost, altered, disclosed, or otherwise used in an unauthorized way. In addition, We limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents and contractors who have a business need to know. These employees, agents, and contractors have a duty to maintain confidentiality at all times and will only process your personal data according to Our instructions.

Please note that you also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your username and password, so do not share these with others.

Request access to your personal data. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal information We hold about you and check that We are lawfully processing it. Please note that a data subject access request may attract an administrative fee,

Request correction of the personal data that We hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data We hold about you corrected, though We may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us,

Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. If you withdraw your consent, We may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.

We reserve the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy and if We do so, We will post the changes on this page. It is your responsibility to check the Privacy Policy every time you submit information to us or use Our services. Your use will signify that you agree to any such changes. In the event the purpose is for processing change, or if a revision is material, GidiAds will notify you via electronic mail or via a pop-up or redirection when you log in.

Log Data

GidiAds collects information that your browser or device sends whenever you visit our Website or use our Services, and we collect browser and device data as part of our Services for our Clients  (“Log Data”). When we collect this of our Clients, this Log Data may include information such as your computer’s IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website or Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, your activity on those pages and other statistics. When you access Our Services, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, your location information and other statistics. Please see the section regarding Location Information below regarding the use of your location information and your options.

Location Information

In addition to Log Data, GidiAds may use and store information about Clients and Clients’ visitors’ location depending on the permissions that have been set on the relevant device. We use this information about our Clients to provide features of our Services and to improve and customize our Services.

Children’s Privacy

Only persons who are age 16 or older have permission to access our Services. Our Services are not for access by anyone under the age of 16 (“Children”) without relevant supervision. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from Children. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a Child without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Maintenance of our Services

We use the Personal Information of our Clients to ensure that our Services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting bugs and other issues that we observe or that are reported to us.

Research and Development

GidiAds uses Personal Information of our Clients concerning their use of our Services and to develop new products, features and technologies that benefit our Clients.

Use of Service Providers

Personal Information is processed by our Affiliates and third-party Service Providers to perform services on our behalf, in compliance with our Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Compliance

We also use information to satisfy applicable laws or regulations, and discloses information in response to legal process or enforceable government requests, including to law enforcement.

By this Policy We do not represent or warrant the condition or functionality of Our platform(s), its suitability for use, nor guarantee that Our service will be free from interruption or any error. No liability or responsibility shall lie for risks associated with the use of Our Platform, including but not limited to any risk to your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus, software, or any other file that might be transmitted or activated via Our Platform or your access to it.

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU PROMISE THAT (I) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AND 

(II) YOU ARE OVER 16 YEARS OF AGE (OR HAVE HAD YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN READ AND AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY FOR YOU). If you do not agree, or are unable to make this promise, you must not use the Service. In such case, you must contact the support team via email to request deletion of your account and data.
